They are not putting the kids first. They should have a day to go back to work, Renumber Ronald Reagan gave the air traffic man day to report back to work or be released.



There would be thousands of teacher to take the teacher who are Kurtis jobs. There are teachers out of work. The Sub-teacher could fill in first. Then job oping could be filled.  You could rebuild the school system because it is broken anyway.



You could announce this to the voter that the school system will be restructured. That they wanted to reform and we as votes we make things wright a have an elected school board. There are  teachers from every state they would work for less money

 They would do a great job. There are thousands of sub- teachers that can start the process. The voter would love. Hay you won by a mandate. That is why we voted for you we wanted your strong leadership. This  way you won ever ward,  we wanted your Leader  to make hard decisions
